This is absolutely hilarious if you are in the right mood. Otherwise, it is really stupid. I watched a recent interview with this guy. It turns out that the soviet goverment had banned the lyrics to his song so he performed it anyway without the words. Yes, he is improvising the lyrics. I have to admire how enthusiastic he is about his song, considering the situation
